All orders must be paid in your countries currency.
You can pay by credit/debit card through PayPal, which our shopping cart is powered by. Pets SAS doesn’t have anything to do with credit/debit card transaction, as PayPal takes care of this and passes the money onto us.

No you don't have to be registered with PayPal in-order
to place an order with us.

Where does Recorded Signed cover?
Recorded Signed mail just covers
within the United Kingdom main land and Northern Island. Any other mail
will be sent by Air Mail, unless the customer requests for a different
service.

Nothing. Any emails that are sent to
your Pets SAS ID Email Address will automatically be forwarded to your
personal email address and you will receive the email the same way you receive
the rest of your emails.

Can I receive my emails to my mobile phone?
If you have a mobile phone that is
email enabled and you have an email address registered to the mobile phone,
then there shouldn’t be any problem having it linked to your Pets SAS ID
Email Address. Sorry, but we cannot give any advice for mobile phones.

How long does my registration last?
Your subscription will last for the
life of your registered pet from the date we
email your Pets SAS ID Email Address. You cannot transfer your
subscription to another pet or to another person's pet.
