| If you have been unable to contact the pet owner on the phone, you will see there is an Email Address on the ID Tag, this is registered to the owner of the pet you have found. You will see a link below, please click on it and an email box will appear. All we ask is to delete the Email Address that is in the "To" box and replace it with the Email Address located on the ID Tag. Then fill in the necessary information and then send it. Once the pet owner has received your email, it is the responsibility of the pet owner to contact you and make the necessary arrangements for collecting their pet from you. | |

| Please note that Pets SAS does not have anything to with the pet, I.E. The welfare of the animal. We do not take animals in at all. If you cannot contact the owner, it is up to you to take it to a re-homing centre. |
